Dickson obtained his law degree from Kogi State University in 2005 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2007.
From September 2007 to January 2009, Dickson was a junior associate in the firm of Dele Adeshina & Co. in Lagos after which he joined J.B. Majiyagbe & Co.
