About the Firm
The firm was registered in Kano, the commercial nerve center of northern Nigeria in 1971 by Jonathan B. Majiyagbe (SAN), one of Nigeria's leading Silks and has gone on to open offices in Abuja, the country’s capital.
It is comprised of three partners, two of whom are also members of the Bar of England & Wales, thirteen lawyers and twenty-five support staff.
Although the firm's reputation was initially built on litigation and arbitration, we have developed a successful general commercial practice and over the years, have been involved in a substantial portion of all major corporate transactions within Kano in particular and northern Nigeria in general.
The firm is listed in Who’s Who Legal and the Recommended Firms section of The Legal 500.
